Hydrogen-energy technology is not without problems. Scaled up to handle the transportation sector, it will result in greater relative humidity in cities, leading to higher heat indexes, probable problems from black mold, possibly wet pavements, and in the Winter, rime ice everywhere. This hasn’t been thought through.

Can but won’t. Even if that can be scaled to the necessary size, which it won’t, it still doesn’t solve the biggest problem, which is storage. Hydrogen is notoriously difficult to store and keep.
